Follow your progress and your plan in Valdura.
Valdura is a health app from the same company family as Avellum. It reads your bloodwork and lab results, tracks them over time and answers questions about them.
It is a separate account from Avellum.

Why lab testing matters
See where you stand before you change anything.
Short videos from Dr. Wilson. General education, not personal medical advice: the clinician you consult with decides what is right for you.
The at-home blood panel
Blood Panel
Blood Panel is drawn at home with a small device you press to your arm, instead of a blood draw at a clinic. It is a lab test rather than a medication, so there is no prescription and no telehealth visit involved. Results give you a baseline to track against and something to bring to your own clinician.
Valdura reads your panel, and your results land in your Valdura account with each marker explained in plain language.
Avellum and Valdura
Treatments start on Avellum. Your progress lives in Valdura.
Peptide treatments start on Avellum, with a telehealth visit where a licensed clinician decides every prescription. Valdura is where you follow your bloodwork and your progress over time.
Free Valdura time comes once per person, with the longevity blood panel or a peptide protocol. If you have never had a Valdura membership, it is free for at least your first 45 days with the panel, or your first 30 with a protocol. Your free Valdura time starts from your Valdura account, with a card on file. After the free days it continues as a paid monthly membership unless you cancel, which you can do anytime. If you already pay for a Valdura membership and have never had free Valdura time, a month is credited to it instead.
No Valdura account yet? Join with the same email you use on Avellum so Valdura can match the two.
Already have a Valdura account? Keep it and sign in with that email. Do not delete it to start over: deleting an account locks its email out of Valdura. If that email is not the one you use on Avellum, write to support@valdura.health so Valdura can match the two, rather than opening a second account. Other questions go to the same address.
