Get your Amway Partner Store Discount

1. 1Sign in at Amway.
2. 2Open the Avellum Health page in the Amway partner store and press "Visit Now".
3. 3On Avellum, sign in, or create your account if you do not have one yet.
4. 4Choose "Connect my account".

The Amway Partner Store Discount applies once Amway confirms your account.

Right after you connect, Avellum asks Amway to confirm your account, and you may see "We're confirming your status with Amway." Until Amway answers, you see standard prices and Start waits, so you are never charged the wrong price.

It clears on its own, usually within minutes, and the page updates when it does.

If there is still no answer after 15 minutes, you can continue at the standard price or try again. If you continue, that order stays at the standard price, and once your account is confirmed the discount applies from your next order. Opening Avellum again from Amway also starts a new check.

If you connected your account, the check has finished and you still see Retail price, write to escalations@avellumhealth.com from the email on your account.

Already paid the retail price? An order that is already paid cannot be repriced from your account, so write to escalations@avellumhealth.com from the email on your account, with your order number and a note that you expected the Amway Partner Store Discount. The Avellum team checks whether the discount belongs on your account and follows up at that address. If it was a blood panel, Valdura took that payment, so any change to that charge is made on Valdura’s side.
